Meg is an associate at MacDonald & Partners LLP. She began her career at one of Canada’s leading business law firms, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and represented some of the country’s largest corporations and financial institutions. Her years in “Big Law” refined her ability to craft creative legal strategies, manage high-stakes negotiations, and deliver results in demanding, fast-paced environments.
In 2024, she transitioned to family law as she wanted to help individuals navigate some of the most challenging and personal events in their lives. She worked at a prominent boutique family law firm in Toronto before joining MacDonald & Partners LLP in February 2026. While Meg represents clients across a broad range of family law matters, she is developing a specialization in international family law, including cases involving international child abductions and relocations.
Meg has experience at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Outside of the law, Meg enjoys spending time with her dog and attending lacrosse games.
