Kristy’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, with a particular interest in matters involving international child abduction, including Hague Convention, non-Hague Convention, and jurisdictional cases. She understands that family law matters can be challenging and deeply personal, and approaches each client’s circumstances with compassion. She serves as the Articling Principal at MacDonald & Partners LLP and leads the firm’s student program, mentoring articling and 2L students as well as associates. Outside of the office, she enjoys snowboarding, wake surfing, travelling, solving crosswords, and playing piano. She has massive grey cat, Walter.
